Who we are
Achievement Focused Technology, Inc. is a software development and consulting firm located on the North side of Indianapolis, Indiana that serves a variety of customers among many distinct markets. Since 1998 AFT Inc. has been designing, developing, supporting high-end software, prototyping, and consulting solutions. As a growing company, we feel our size allows us to efficiently and effectively meet each and every one of our customers' needs on an individual level. A lot of our current customers provide their own developers and/or outsource which we guide or manage.

Jeff has over twenty years of experience in software design, development and project management, utilizing a variety of technologies in many diverse environments. In 1998, he founded Achievement Focused Technology, Inc. with a vision of delivering innovative and reliable software solutions using a "hands-on" and personal approach.
Our Team
AFT, Inc. has a team of experienced and hard-working individuals, including:
- Developers experienced in many programming languages including C, Java, Adobe Flex, SQL; encryption and licensing solutions
- Back Office and Billing Staff
- Registered Nurses
- Management and Consulting Staff with experience in Nursing Homes, Skilled Nursing, Long Term Acute Care, and Assisted Living Facilities. Including a few of our partner companies:
- Multiple of our developers have had security clearances, some are currently InfraGard members.
- Data Entry Staff
- Embedded System Solutions (backgrounds and projects including: telephony, avionics, video, other custom hardware/software solutions for customers)
